Struggling is part of exercise I have with me as well. Just one exercise, everyday like Elizabeth has been encouraging to do has helped me. After two months I have noticed I have more endurance (like walking my dog and starting with 5 squats then 10. It is a slow process. Trying is a reward. Keep smiling :)

I have news! I am not pre-diabetic anymore! In the past losing weight was what would get me out of it. Even though I lost a little I know it's the way you taught me to eat that did this. Thank you so much

And I've been having a mandarin orange a day and it's wonderful. I no longer feel guilty for eating certain foods that I was told not to eat. I need to watch your workout video again.
